How to get to Villa Gesell
By Air
The Villa Gesell airport (VLG) is located 7 kms from the center. Lade and Sol have flights from Aeroparque in Buenos Aires, but only in the summer. There have been rumors of a larger airport, but with traffic so seasonal and BA so accesible by highway, it is doubtful that it will happen anytime soon.
By Bus
The bus terminal in Villa Gesell (tel. (02255) 454090) is located on Paseo 140 and Av. 3 south of the center. Several daily buses to Buenos Aires (6 hours), and Mar del Plata (1.5 hours).
